For the fastest service, we recommend Order by Text. You’ll connect with a real, U.S.-based member of our team who can confirm your order, answer questions, and help you complete payment using credit card, Venmo, or Zelle.
ACH bank payments remain available through our website checkout. However, online ACH payments require four business days to process before your order can ship. Text ordering gives you access to payment options that do not carry this ACH waiting period.
Our recommended option: Order by Text
Ordering by text is simple, personal, and especially convenient from your phone.
- Choose your product and tap “Order by Text.” The button opens your messaging app with a message about the product already filled in. You can add quantities, additional products, questions, or other details before tapping Send.
- Connect with a real person. A U.S.-based member of our team will respond as quickly as possible, confirm your order details, and explain the available payment options.
- Receive your payment link or instructions. We’ll send the appropriate payment link or instructions directly through the text conversation so you can complete your purchase using credit card, Venmo, or Zelle.
- Your confirmed order moves into shipping. Once payment is confirmed, your order is entered into our system that business day and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible. You won’t need to wait four business days for ACH processing when you use these payment options.
You can continue the conversation if you have questions along the way. You’re communicating directly with someone who can help with your order.
Ordering from a computer?
The Order by Text button can also work on a computer configured to send text messages through a compatible messaging app. Some computers do not have that capability set up.
For the easiest experience, visit the website on your phone and tap “Order by Text” from the product page.
Ordering through the website with ACH
If you prefer to complete your order directly through our website, ACH bank payment is available at checkout.
ACH stands for Automated Clearing House. It is the U.S. bank-to-bank network used for familiar transactions such as direct deposit and electronic bill payments. Paying by ACH is similar to sending a check electronically: it uses the routing and account numbers printed on an ordinary paper check, without mailing a check or entering a credit card number.
Please allow four business days before shipment
Our online ACH checkout currently requires a hold of four business days before your order can be released for shipping. Weekends and bank holidays do not count toward this period.
We begin preparing and packing your order when you place it, so it is ready to move promptly once payment is confirmed. An “On Hold” order status during this period means the payment is still processing.
As soon as the payment clears, your order moves into fulfillment, the shipping label is created, and your tracking information is sent automatically by email. We then hand your package to the carrier as quickly as possible.
If you would like to avoid the ACH waiting period, choose Order by Text and ask about credit card, Venmo, or Zelle payment.
How quickly will my package arrive?
Once payment is confirmed, we work to get your package on its way promptly. Orders ready for shipment before 3 p.m. Central Time on a business day can often ship the same day, subject to carrier pickup and order readiness. Orders confirmed later typically ship the next business day.
Many domestic shipments arrive in approximately 1–3 business days after carrier acceptance, depending on the destination and shipping service. For ACH orders, this delivery time begins after payment has finished processing, which requires four business days.
Your emailed tracking link will show the latest carrier updates.
