You also confirm that you are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or purchasing agent buying products for legitimate research purposes only.

2. Research Use Only

All products sold on this site are supplied strictly for laboratory research and development use only. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements. Our products are not intended for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, or any form of in vivo use, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

By purchasing from us you acknowledge and agree that you will:

Certificates of analysis reflect testing of representative batches and are provided for reference.

  • Stock is unavailable.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund for the affected items.

6. Pricing and Payment

Approved account customers

Customers using extended payment terms agree to pay all invoices in full by the stated due date. Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension of terms and future orders.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the destinations listed at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you on delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays, seizures, or losses caused by the carrier, by customs authorities, or by incorrect address details you have supplied.

You are responsible for ensuring that the products you order may lawfully be imported into and received in your jurisdiction, and for paying any import duties, taxes, or fees that apply.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Because of the nature of research materials, returns are limited. Please review our refund and returns policy for details of when a return or refund may be available, how to request one, and any conditions that apply. Where a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have a concern about an order or a charge, we ask that you contact our support team first so we can work to resolve it. Filing a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting us is a breach of these terms. 10. Buyer Responsibility and Compliance

You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws, regulations, and institutional rules that apply to your purchase, possession, handling, and use of our products in your jurisdiction. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense arising from your misuse of a product or from your breach of these terms or of any applicable law.
