Customer Support:

Please include your:
• Full name
• Order number
• Payment method
• Transaction amount
• Date of payment
• Brief description of the issue
Most legitimate order and payment concerns can be investigated much faster when we can review the transaction directly.
Please Contact Us Before Filing a Payment Dispute
Payment disputes initiated through a bank or payment platform can temporarily freeze or reverse funds before we have an opportunity to determine what happened.
If the payment was authorized by you but there is a problem with the order, shipment, product, amount charged, or other aspect of the transaction, we ask that you contact our support team first and allow us an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
This request does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law or the rules of your bank or payment provider.
Unauthorized or Fraudulent Transactions
If you did not authorize a payment, believe your financial account has been compromised, or suspect fraud, contact your bank or payment provider immediately using its applicable fraud-reporting procedures.
You may also notify USA Peptide Labs so that we can review the associated order and cooperate with any legitimate investigation.
ACH / Bank Transfer Disputes
ACH and bank-transfer payments are processed through the customer’s financial institution.
If you authorized an ACH payment but believe there is an order-related problem, please contact USA Peptide Labs first so we can investigate.
If you believe an ACH transaction was unauthorized, contact your financial institution promptly.
Venmo Payment Disputes
Customers experiencing a problem with an authorized Venmo purchase should contact USA Peptide Labs first so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.
If you believe your Venmo account was used without your authorization, report the transaction directly to Venmo as soon as possible. (Venmo Help Center)
Note: Any Venmo payment option offered by USA Peptide Labs should be used only through a Venmo account or business-payment configuration permitted for commercial transactions under Venmo’s current terms. Venmo restricts ordinary personal-account transactions for goods and services unless specifically authorized.
Zelle Payment Disputes
If you authorized a Zelle payment but have a problem with your order, contact USA Peptide Labs first.
Zelle generally treats completed authorized payments similarly to cash transfers and does not provide traditional purchase protection for authorized transactions. Zelle advises users who believe fraud or unauthorized activity occurred to contact their financial institution. (Zelle)
Bitcoin Payments
Bitcoin transactions operate differently from bank, card, Venmo, and Zelle payments.
Once a Bitcoin transaction has been confirmed on the Bitcoin network, the transaction itself cannot be charged back or reversed through Bitcoin.
If you experience an order-related issue after paying with Bitcoin, contact USA Peptide Labs directly. Any refund or other resolution approved by USA Peptide Labs must be processed separately rather than by reversing the original blockchain transaction.
Always verify the wallet address and payment amount carefully before transmitting Bitcoin.
Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If you believe you:
• Paid twice
• Sent the wrong amount
• Used the wrong order number
• Sent payment after an order was canceled
• Sent payment to the wrong payment method
please contact us immediately.
Do not submit additional payments unless instructed to do so by customer support.
Orders With Active Payment Disputes
If a bank, financial institution, or payment platform notifies USA Peptide Labs that a transaction is being disputed, reversed, investigated, or reported as unauthorized, we may temporarily place the associated order or account on hold while the matter is investigated.
We may provide relevant order records, payment confirmations, customer communications, tracking information, delivery confirmation, and other transaction documentation to the financial institution or payment provider handling the dispute.
Our Goal Is to Resolve Problems Directly
We would much rather resolve an issue with you than have you spend time navigating a bank or payment-platform dispute.
If something appears wrong, contact us:
Include your order number and a brief explanation of what happened, and we will review it as quickly as possible.
Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or restrict any consumer rights provided by applicable law or by the rules governing your financial institution or payment provider.
