Better records. Less paperwork hunting.

A free eight-point documentation checklist joins the USA Peptide Labs Research Library.

Austin, Texas — USA Peptide Labs has added a Research Sample Documentation Checklist to its educational resources. The checklist gives readers a practical way to keep a sample label, lot identifier, certificate of analysis, reported results, analytical methods, and dates connected.

The checklist is available directly on the website. Readers can also explore the Research Library for explainers on reading a certificate of analysis and distinguishing peptide purity from content, alongside existing ordering, storage, and research-literature resources.

Eight useful things to keep together

  • Sample label and lot or sample identifier
  • The full COA and reported identity
  • Reported purity and peptide content, recorded separately
  • Analytical method, supporting files, and stated limitations
  • Test and report dates
  • Record location and documented storage requirements

The approach is straightforward: record what the documentation states, mark missing results as “not reported,” and raise documentation gaps with the supplier or issuing laboratory.

This is USA Peptide Labs’ own resource, published from the perspective of a commercial research-products business. A completed checklist is a recordkeeping aid; it is not an independent certification or an endorsement by a testing organization.
